Abstract
The problem of doctor's due care in medical practice is the essential point in judging medical accidents, and is based on the medical intelligence & treatment level and doctor's discretion, all of which, are introduced objectively and ideally
from
care
as good manager point of view.
At the same time, modification of Orlaubtos Risoiko acocrding to the legal basis and practical concretization of local facility conditions, specialty, uniqueness, and urgency are carried out before deciding whether the doctor's due care in
medical
practice is disobeyed.
If, his violation is noticed, the possibility of lightening doctor's due care in medical practice according to the present situations of the doctor, disease, as well as medicare, could be considred.
Nevertheless, it demanded that all the medical family members keep the basic ideas of care as good managers in mind, and logically face their work with the will to repay patients for their trust.
